25 is not enough

This is the Dancing Satyr of Mazara del Vallo, a greek bronze statue more than 2.000 years old, that was “fished” off the coast of Sicily in 1998.

It is now kept in Museo del Satiro in the church of Sant’Egidio, in Mazara del Vallo, Sicily.

The City Mayor is now writing to the Regione Sicilia Offices that has responsability over the Museum, complaining about the fact that the 25 people staff (for a 2.150 sq ft museum) is not able to guarantee enough opening hours on sundays and holidays.
